1. The service

Estate Staff Jobs ("we") operates a job board connecting employers in private service and yachting with candidates. We are not an employer, staffing agency or employment agent, and we are not a party to any hiring decision.

2. Listing accuracy requirements

By posting, you confirm that: (a) the listing describes a real, current opening that you are authorized to fill or recruit for; (b) the title, duties, location, employment type and pay you provide are accurate; (c) you will close the listing when the position is filled; (d) the listing complies with all applicable employment, anti-discrimination and fair-housing laws; and (e) you will not charge candidates any fee to apply or be considered.

3. Prohibited content

Listings may not state requirements or preferences based on age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, national origin, citizenship (unless legally required), marital or family status, pregnancy, disability, genetic information or appearance. Lawful job requirements such as live-in residence, a valid driver's license, certifications and work authorization are permitted. Also prohibited: fake or "pipeline" listings with no real opening, multi-level marketing, commission-only roles misrepresented as salaried, and requests for payment or sensitive personal data from candidates.

4. Our right to remove posts

We may review, edit for formatting, decline, suspend or remove any listing at any time, with or without notice, including listings we believe are inaccurate, expired, discriminatory, fraudulent or otherwise in breach of these Terms. Listings removed for breach of these Terms are not eligible for a refund. Listings removed for reasons not caused by the poster are refunded pro rata at our discretion.

5. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Single and featured posts are one-time purchases covering 30 days. Agency plans renew monthly until cancelled. Refund requests within 7 days of purchase for a listing that received no meaningful exposure will be considered in good faith; email us.

6. Aggregated listings

Some listings come from public employer job feeds or partners who permit redistribution. Each names and links to its source; the source employer remains responsible for its content.

7. Candidates

Candidates use the site free of charge and apply directly with employers. We do not verify employers unless a listing is marked verified, and we recommend never paying any fee or sharing financial information to apply for a job.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.
